Work on 800-bed medical college stalled: Ranchi Smart City didn't receive NOC, organization writes to Urban Development Secretary.

The construction of the first project of Ranchi Smart City, a 800-bed multi-specialty hospital along with Gautam Medical College, has been temporarily halted. This is because the Ranchi Smart City Corporation has not issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to 'Right Path Foundation', the parent organization of the Gautam Group of Institutions, for taking out a loan. As a result, the concerned bank has refused to provide a loan for the construction of the hospital. Right Path Foundation was allotted number 44 in the Smart City project.
