Rain disrupted life in Jharkhand: The water level rose in Kharkai and Subarnarekha rivers, with water reaching the Rajrappa temple. The Son River in Palamu also overflowed.

Jharkhand has been experiencing continuous rainfall for the past 30 hours. Various districts are witnessing intermittent heavy rains. The capital city of Ranchi, along with Giridih, Bokaro, Koderma, and more than 15 other districts, have been disrupted by the rain, disrupting daily life. In some places, water has entered homes, while in others, a strong flow of water can be seen over bridges and culverts. The areas of Jamshedpur, Chaibasa, and Chakradharpur in the Kolhan division are also experiencing rainfall with thunder.
