Alok Dubey: No compromise on Jharkhand's mineral rights.

Lohardaga| The Pradesh Congress has announced a movement against the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Act, 2026, which limits Jharkhand's mineral resources and economic rights. In a press conference, Pradesh Congress General Secretary and Lohardaga in-charge Alok Kumar Dubey said that the first right to Jharkhand's mineral wealth belongs to the state and its people. The state's land, forests, and environment are also subject to this law.
