The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Seraikela-Kharsawan has initiated an initiative to connect released prisoners with the mainstream of society and assist them in living a dignified life. Under the guidance of the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, and the direction of Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, DLSA Ramashankar Singh, released prisoners are being provided counseling, rehabilitation assistance, and NALSA services as per their eligibility.
