A 14-year-old boy named Badal died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle near the village of Gwalda in Panipat district. The accident occurred on September 11, and Badal succumbed to his injuries during treatment on September 12. He had come from Bihar to visit his maternal uncle's house. Birju Ram, who works as a police post inspector (PPO) in Panipat, told the police that his nephew Badal had arrived at their place from Bihar about a month ago. Birju Ram mentioned that he saw Badal at a factory near Gwalda.
