Manoj from Rohtak has become the coach of the Indian shooting team and will be leading the Indian team in the Asian Games. The competition will take place in Japan starting September 19th.

Bhim Awardi, a resident of Morkhedi village in Rohtak district, and international medalist Manoj Kumar Ohlyan have been appointed as the head coaches for the Indian shooting team's 50-meter rifle event at the Asian Games. This is their second term in charge. The Asian Games will be held from September 19 to October 4, 2026, in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan. Prior to this, Manoj Kumar had also served as the head coach of the Indian 50-meter rifle team at the Hangzhou Asian Games 2023.
