Following the strict stance of Judicial Magistrate First Class Vivek Singh's court in Jind, the police have registered a case against two doctors and the hospital operator at Chaudhary Kuldeep Singh Memorial Hospital for culpable homicide not amounting to murder and negligence. This action has been taken in connection with the suspicious death of Advocate Pushpendra. The court directed the Civil Lines Police Station to register an FIR on July 18, 2026, and conduct a detailed investigation into the matter.
