The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Sunil Jindal also imposed a fine of ₹1 lakh 5 thousand on the convict. Narnaund police had registered a case under POCSO and other sections based on the victim's complaint in 2022. The victim stated that she is an 11th-grade student.
