Nisha Panghal, the daughter of village Mayna in Rohtak, has been promoted to the rank of Captain at a program organized under 4 Corps Command in Tezpur Cantt, Assam. Senior military officers and Nisha Panghal's parents congratulated her on becoming a Captain and wished her a bright future. Nisha Panghal's family has been associated with a long tradition of military service. Nisha's father, Satnarayan Panghal, has served in the Indian Army.
