A 13-year-old boy from Ahulana village near Gohana in Haryana lost his hand and wrist completely after being electrocuted by a stray dog. His family immediately rushed him to a private hospital with the amputated hand, where he underwent an operation and had his wrist reattached. It took a team of doctors 5 hours to reconnect the 13-year-old's hand, which was broken due to the electric shock.
