In Rohtak, student groups clashed violently with each other. A PCR (Police Control Room) officer was present but remained a silent spectator. After the incident, the accused students fled.

In Rohtak's Model Town, a fierce fight broke out between two student groups. Surprisingly, even though a PCR (Police Control Room) was present on the spot and another PCR was stationed at a short distance, the police did not intervene. The accused students engaged in a brawl for about a minute before fleeing the scene. A scuffle was witnessed between two student groups right in front of Pandit Nekiram Sharma Government College gate, near the Model Town park.
