On the occasion of Teacher's Day at Model School in Rohtak, teachers staged a sit-in protest inside the school wearing black badges to protest against the reduction in allowances and other facilities. They also demanded that the Chairman DC withdraw the reduction in allowances. Rajesh Sehgal, Secretary of Model Education Society, called the protesting teachers for talks. The protesting teachers stated that the management has reduced various types of allowances for the teachers at Model School.
