BJP woman councilor's son arrested in cab robbery: Driver held hostage, online transfer of ₹13,000; mother is close to Union Minister Rao Inderjit.

In Haryana's Rewari, police have arrested 4 accused in a case of holding an Uber cab driver hostage and looting him. Jatin, son of BJP councilor Rekha from Bawal, who is a ward member of Zila Parishad Ward-15, is among the arrested accused. Councilor Rekha is a supporter of Union Minister Rao Inderjit and was seeking a legislative assembly ticket from Bawal in the last election. According to the police, the accused held the cab driver hostage on a deserted road.
