A shocking case has come to light at the civil hospital in Meham, Rohtak district. Here, a 65-year-old man was referred to PGI based on a woman's ECG report. Jagat Singh Kala, a resident of Saiman Chungi in Meham, had gone to the sub-divisional level civil hospital for treatment and got his ECG done. After the examination, he was handed over the report of a 25-year-old woman. The doctor did not pay attention to the woman's name and age mentioned in the report.
