Instead of clean water, they are receiving black water from their taps, which also emits a foul odor. In response, people have warned the public health department to find a solution and threatened to lay siege to the office if it is not resolved. Kuldeep Punia, a resident of Bharat Colony, stated that the water supply comes at 5 am and 7 pm, but the taps still deliver black water.
