A case of religious conversion has come to light in Wakadpada village, Palghar district, Maharashtra. The police have registered a case against 22 women on charges of inciting religious sentiments. The incident occurred on August 21st in Wakadpada village, Mokhada. The police have filed the case under sections 299 and 3(5) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Mokhada police stated that 22 women have been accused in this matter, including two main suspects.
