The Supreme Court heard a case on Monday in Maharashtra regarding the assault of doctors and hospital staff. A bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta stated that such attacks are becoming a serious issue for both law and order. These individuals do not have the right to roam around on the streets. The matter is related to the assault of Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre by doctors and staff at the Municipal Corporation Hospital in Dombivli.
