In Varanasi, on Bharatendu Jayanti, a Hindi renaissance seminar was held to discuss national awareness and literary contributions, with speakers sharing their thoughts.

Under the aegis of the Hindi Department at Jagatpur Postgraduate College in Varanasi, a seminar was organized on September 9, 2026, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bhartendu Harishchandra. The program commenced with the lighting of the lamp and garlanding by the college principal, Prof. Anil Pratap Singh, in front of the idols of Maa Saraswati and Bhartendu Harishchandra.
