A bus traveling from Azamgarh to Varanasi crashed into a culvert under construction on the Chandwak police station area near the Azamgarh-Jaunpur border late Saturday night. The accident resulted in injuries to 13 out of 21 passengers on the bus, with six of them reported to be in critical condition. After receiving initial treatment, all the injured were referred to a higher center, while seven injured individuals are being treated at the Lalganj Combined Hundred-Bed Hospital. The incident occurred around 11:51 pm on Saturday night at the Bardihah turn.
