Rainfall alert in 13 districts of UP: Countdown begins for monsoon withdrawal, heavy clouds in Purvanchal

The time for the monsoon to depart from Uttar Pradesh is approaching. The monsoon will begin its retreat through Rajasthan in the next 24 hours, after which rainfall will gradually subside in the state. A rain alert has been issued for 13 districts of the state. In Purvanchal, several places experienced light to moderate rainfall with thunder and strong winds due to the impact of a western disturbance and moisture coming from the Arabian Sea. There was also a possibility of lightning strikes in some areas.
