Special train from Varanasi to Jhansi-Asansol during the festival: The train will stop at both Banaras and Varanasi stations, making 16 trips.

In light of the increasing passenger traffic during festivals, the railway has decided to run a bi-weekly festival special train between Virangana Laxmibai Jhansi Junction and Asansol. The train will halt at both Banaras and Varanasi Junction stations in Varanasi. It will operate from Jhansi from October 7th to November 29th and from Asansol from October 8th to November 30th. There will be a total of 16 trips in both directions. The 0418 train will run from Jhansi on Wednesdays and Sundays.
