According to the organizers, the idol of Lord Ganpati was installed on September 14 at 7 am with proper rituals. Since then, religious programs have been organized as part of the festival. The office bearers of the mandal informed that the immersion of the Ganpati idol will take place on Friday, September 18, at 11 am. The market is buzzing with excitement ahead of the festival.
