In Raebareli, Neeraj Singh, the younger son of Union Minister Rajnath Singh and state vice-president of the BJP, has been appointed as the district in-charge of Raebareli. The party has assigned him this new organizational responsibility. According to BJP leader Shivendra Singh, this responsibility has been given in view of the upcoming 2027 assembly elections. He said that the appointment has enthused party workers. Neeraj Singh has previously held several positions in Raebareli.
