The resignation of a constable from the 2025 batch stationed at Ramnagar police station in Varanasi has caused a stir in the police department. The constable had returned to the police station after doing his 12-hour duty at the Annapurna temple. When he was asked to take an injured youth to BHU Trauma Center, he became agitated. The constable resigned and posted it on a WhatsApp group, writing that he is not capable of working 24x7 and does not possess any specific human-like powers.
