In Uttar Pradesh, the Congress party is set to launch a major movement against voter fraud and vote theft. The Congress will hold demonstrations in all districts of UP on September 28th. The Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee has decided to protest at all district headquarters across the state on September 28th against the Special Intensive Review of the Voter List (SIR) and the functioning of the Election Commission. The State Congress Committee will also organize protests in all districts and cities.
