Three women arrested for engaging in prostitution after traveling from Gorakhpur to Varanasi: They would arrive at the border using scorpions and then come into the city by auto-rickshaw to engage in prostitution and snatch chains.

The Varanasi police have successfully apprehended a gang of women involved in street harassment and chain snatching, who had been operating from Gorakhpur to Varanasi. The three arrested women are residents of Gorakhpur, while their accomplice and the Scorpio driver have also been arrested. According to the police, they would arrive in Gorakhpur by Scorpio and park it on Ring Road, then enter the city using different autos, where they would prey on women inside the autos.
