Kallu Pehlwan won by 36 rounds and 54 kg of the 84 kg pair in the Gada-Jodi Dangal.

A mace-wrestling competition was organized on Sunday night in the courtyard of the Bholenath temple near Piplani Katra in Ishwaragangi ward, Varanasi. Wrestlers from within and outside the district participated in this event. In the competition, Kallu Pehalwan of Augharnath Takia won first place by throwing a 54-kilogram mace 36 times. Meanwhile, Akhara Raghunath Pehalwan Lale Pehalwan won first place by throwing two 42-kilogram maces together 11 times. The wrestlers continued to compete until 12 am.
