In the Ghazipur salesman murder case, the accused has been sentenced to life imprisonment by the court, which also imposed a fine of ₹50,000. The verdict came after five and a half years.

The Additional Sessions Judge Shakti Singh's court delivered its verdict at 5 pm on Wednesday in the Salesman murder case that took place approximately five and a half years ago in Bahriabad, Ghazipur. The court found accused Manohar Yadav guilty of murder and sentenced him to life imprisonment with a fine of ₹50,000. In the Arms Act case, he was also sentenced to two years' imprisonment and a fine of ₹5,000. According to the court order, out of the fine amount, ₹25,000 will be given to the deceased's family.
