A mace and stick wrestling competition was held on Sunday night at the Bholenath temple complex near Piplani Katra in Ishwaragangi ward of Varanasi. Wrestlers from Varanasi, as well as Mirzapur, Chandauli, and Ghazipur, participated in the event. The competition continued until late at night, with wrestlers engaging in intense battles. A massive wrestling match was organized by the Mata Bhuvaneshwari Devi Akhada Samiti of Agharnath Takia on Sunday evening. During the competition, the wrestlers showcased their strength in exchanging maces and sticks.
