In Varanasi, a grand Ram Barat was held on Friday at the ancient Ramleela of Shivpur. The procession, accompanied by music and a devotional atmosphere, was attended by officials, members of the Ramleela committee, and local citizens. The Ram Barat began from the Hanuman temple located near the Shivpur railway crossing. Passing through Shivpur Bazaar and Panchkosi Marg, the procession reached the Ramleela ground. Along the way, devotees showered flowers from rooftops to pay homage to Lord Rama.
