Lucknow is at the forefront of online shopping: The number of new customers is the highest, and orders for fashion and electronics have increased fourfold.

The trend of affordable online shopping is rapidly growing in Uttar Pradesh. According to Amazon India, the state has seen a four-fold increase in annual orders and a 1.5-fold increase in new customers. Lucknow has topped the list in terms of new customers. Abhimanyu Kothari, Product Lead at Amazon India, stated that Lucknow recorded a three-fold increase in orders for the home and kitchen category, while the women's fashion and electronics categories saw a four-fold increase.
