Even for minor offenses, selection is not revoked: High Court decision: Cancellation order of Varanasi constable's selection cancelled

The Allahabad High Court, in one of its judgments, stated that even if facts are concealed in a minor and trivial FIR, the selection cannot be revoked. In this order, the High Court directed the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Home to provide a copy of the order so that no selection is revoked based on these grounds in the future. This order was passed by Justice Anish Kumar Gupta in the case of Anil Kumar Yadav.
