Driver dies in Gonda road accident, conductor injured: A DCM truck rammed into a parked truck from behind, trapping the body in the cabin. The body was recovered an hour later.

A major road accident occurred on the Gonda-Ayodhya highway in the Dehat Kotwali area of Gonda on Saturday afternoon. A DCM truck, which was parked by the roadside near Veerpur Bisen, was hit from behind. The collision was so intense that the DCM driver died on the spot, while the conductor sustained serious injuries. After the accident, the driver's body got severely trapped in the cabin of the DCM. With the help of local people, the police managed to pull out the body after about an hour of effort.
