National Sports Conclave at BHU: The Vice-Chancellor said that toys are not just entertainment, but a medium for education and innovation.

The three-day national conference 'Sports - Knowledge, Recognition and Enhancement through Educational Design and Activity' organized by the Department of Physical Education at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in Varanasi, India, was inaugurated on Thursday. The theme of the conference is "Recognition of Toys for Games and Sports: Innovation, Indigenous Knowledge, Physical Literacy and Sustainable Play Ecosystems". The inaugural ceremony was attended by BHU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ajit Kumar Chawla.
