Major reshuffle in Prayagraj Police Commissionerate: Sonam Kumar appointed as DCP, Shruti, who interviewed Raveena Tandon, given the responsibility of ADCP.

Amidst the major transfers of IPS officers in Uttar Pradesh, a significant change has also been made in the Prayagraj Police Commissionerate. Sonam Kumar, who was posted as DCP in Agra Police Commissionerate, has been transferred to Prayagraj Police Commissionerate as DCP. Meanwhile, Shruti Srivastava, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police at Varanasi Police Commissionerate, has been given the responsibility of Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police in Prayagraj. The IPS officer will be coming from Agra to Prayagraj and is a member of the RR-2016 batch.
