Illegal extortion allegation at Mau railway station: Complaint regarding collecting fees on the road outside the parking stand, demand for investigation by DRM.

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has protested against the railway administration following a complaint of allegedly collecting fees on the road outside the parking stand at Mau Railway Station. On Monday, at 1:30 PM, party workers led by AAP District President Vikram Jeet Singh reached Mau Railway Station and submitted a memorandum to the DRM of Varanasi Division. The memorandum demanded that the parking stand operator be held accountable for the designated premises and regulations.
