Reality Check of Anganwadis in the Month of Poshan: Cooked food is reaching daily from Feeding India in Lahartara, but Jagatganj is still waiting.

In the month of Poshan Maah, the government is emphasizing making Anganwadi centers the most important hub for children's nutrition, health, and early education. This initiative was launched from Varanasi on September 9th. However, a reality check of urban Anganwadi centers in Varanasi revealed that the picture isn't uniform. While prepared meals are being delivered daily to children at Lahartara by Feeding India, many centers in Jagatganj have not yet started serving hot cooked food.
