To assess the reality of railway safety and security arrangements in Pratapgarh, a confidential mock drill was conducted near Gaura Railway Station around 6 pm on Tuesday. Upon receiving information about a train accident, two bogies derailment, and injuries to passengers, chaos erupted within the railway and police departments. The drill, which lasted for approximately an hour, tested the response of the police, railways, and emergency services, as well as their timely arrival at the scene.
