In Varanasi, firing for making a video of assault viral: A bullet was fired targeting a confectioner in Thakurpur, Badagaon; police are investigating.

In the village of Basni Thakurpur, located in Bada Gaon, Varanasi, a young man shot at Halwai Chhedi Patel on Tuesday evening. The victim was upset with one of his viral videos. He stated that he was shot three rounds. Upon receiving information about the incident, police arrived at the scene and initiated an investigation. Chhedi Patel reported that Mangesh and his associates had a dispute with some young men near Bada Gaon Degree College on Friday evening, during Janmashtami.
