The employees are demanding equal pay for equal work, regularization, and service security, and are protesting for a two-day strike. Due to the strike, services at rural and urban health centers in the district have been affected, causing inconvenience to patients. CMO Dr. NP Singh spoke to the employees about healthcare services on Thursday.
