If the youth in Varanasi were more like their elders, there would be no violence: Students at Kashi Vidyapeeth shared their thoughts on Gandhi Jayanti and explained his principles.

On the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri in Varanasi, students from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth viewed Gandhiji's ideas by connecting them to today's era. The students said that the message of truth, non-violence, simplicity, service, cleanliness, and treating all religions equally is still relevant today. They stated that if Gandhiji were alive today, they would urge the youth to stay away from violence in the current circumstances and express their views peacefully.
