Election Commission protest in Varanasi: Students staged a demonstration and demanded the resignation of the Chief Election Commissioner.

Students at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth protested against the Election Commission. The students demanded that the Chief Election Commissioner resign immediately, warning that if this did not happen, they would be forced to launch a large-scale movement. During the protest, Raj Singh Yadav, National Secretary of Samajwadi Chhatrasabha, alleged that the Election Commission was working at the behest of the current government and that the election results were unconstitutional.
