There is a possibility of rain in 12 districts of Punjab: Chandigarh will be cloudy, the temperature will be 1.9° above normal; the radial gate of Sukhna Lake has been opened.

The people of Punjab and Chandigarh will continue to face heat and humidity today. With the monsoon slowing down, there isn't much change in the weather. According to the Chandigarh Meteorological Center, light to moderate rain is possible at some places in Pathankot, Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr, Kapurthala, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Rupnagar, Patiala and Mohali. Meanwhile, the sky remained lightly cloudy in Chandigarh.
