A crowd has gathered at Manimahesh Dal Lake for a royal bath: devotees from Punjab and Chandigarh arrived, with the auspicious bathing time starting at 12:14 AM tonight.

In the sacred Manimahesh Yatra of North India, a surge of faith has surged today on the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami. Devotees reaching Lord Shiva's abode, Manimahesh, have been taking a dip in the holy 'Dal Lake' since morning. The auspicious time for the small royal bath will start from 2:26 am on Thursday night and will continue until 12:14 am on Friday night. On this occasion, a large number of devotees from Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Jammu are visiting Manimahesh.
