No matter how large the plot is, balconies will now not be allowed to protrude beyond 2.45 meters - a change has emerged for large plot owners in Chandigarh News Punjab who are building houses on their plots or re-designing them. While this seems technical at first glance, it could have a direct impact on home design and the space being used. This is because, according to the new provision, balcony projection will be required if the plot exceeds 250 square meters.
