The serial killer from Chandigarh, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the third time, does not carry a mobile phone and has not obtained an Aadhaar card. He was caught in three cases of rape and murder through DNA testing.

He drove a taxi every day. During the day, he would commit murder and rape, return home in the evening, live with his wife and family, and then leave for work again the next morning.
