32 farmer organizations will march towards Chandigarh: A 7-day protest in Sector 48; Mohali-Chandigarh police issue traffic advisory.

Under the banner of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), 32 farmer organizations from Punjab have completed preparations for a seven-day permanent protest in Chandigarh. The farmers will march towards Chandigarh around 10 am today. Led by senior Bharatiya Kisan Union leader Balbir Singh Rajewal, this march is expected to see a large number of farmers arriving from various districts of Punjab. The farmers will stage a seven-day sit-in at Sector-48 in Chandigarh.
