In Punjab, MP Sarabjit Singh Khalsa's health suddenly deteriorated while he was on his way to the Rakhkar Punia fair for Raksha Bandhan. He was scheduled to attend a Panthic conference in Baba Bakala Sahib. After feeling unwell on the way, he was admitted to a hospital in Jalandhar. Meanwhile, a state-level function is being organized at Baba Bakala on the occasion of Rakhkar Punia. In this event, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will address women as 'Mawaan-Dhiyan'.
