Chandigarh is hosting a temporary license draw today: The draw will be held at Bal Bhavan at 4 PM, and winners will get the opportunity to sell their items.

In Chandigarh, preparations have begun to set up stalls for the sale of green crackers on Diwali. Temporary licenses are to be issued for this purpose. Approximately 4,100 applications have been submitted to the administration for 96 stalls. Now, those applicants who will receive the stalls will be selected through a draw of lots. The administration will conduct the draw at 4 pm today in Bal Bhavan, located in Sector-23. Selected applicants in the draw will be allowed to sell green crackers.
