The Punjab government made a major administrative reshuffle on Tuesday. Eight IPS and twelve PPS officers were transferred simultaneously. The government has transferred the SSPs of six districts: Malerkotla, Pathankot, Patiala, Mohali, Bathinda, and Mansa. Gurpreet Singh Bhullar has been appointed as IGP Border Range (Amritsar).
